Cancellation Policy:
Captain reserves right to call trip due to weather. This will be done prior to departure time and with a refund issued, or alternative date set.As a small business time reserved for charters is the clients time we set aside. One may cancel up to 2 weeks prior to date for a full refund. If cancellation is done inside of the 2 week window, the 50% deposit is forfeited. No show on day of charter will also full price of charter.
